Chang' an
Chang'an is an engine-building and resource-management game where you must carefully plan renewal projects by placing cards on your City boards to Produce resources. Strategically Build these cards into your City districts, creating amazing structures and welcoming influential people to the city. Choose which areas to focus on each game: Trade, Politics, Production, Science, or Military; creating unique and ever-changing combinations to become the premiere Urbanist of Chang'an.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unwanted Items:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.
Important Notes:
- Must include the original manufacturer packaging. Returns without it will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
- We are not responsible for water damage; contact UPS or USPS directly.
- To ensure integrity of our inventory. No returns are accepted on sealed trading card products (e.g. Pokémon, Magic, Yu-gi-oh, etc.)
