I’ve ordered from this shop before and appreciated the experience, but this recent transaction left me disappointed. I simply asked to adjust the price of two pre-order items to match the current market (~$30 each), and add a booster box by paying the $20 difference plus tax. Instead, I was told I’d need to cancel and re-order—with a 15% restocking fee on the original pre-order.
I completed the order, but the lack of flexibility over a straightforward request felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Pulled the silver luffy SP on my last pack !!
My pre order from February got pushed into a wave 2 order and it just felt bad opening the case after most of the hype died down. I most likely wont buy a case from this site again due to that
