great like always fast and reasonably priced al ways great
It’s exactly what I thought it was going to be
The prices of the pre release were great the product was as described. The way they handled entry for the wulf pack members wasn't good. I was told we would be able to have early entry into the store and I wasn't able to get in until the same time as regular customers, I understand not being able to get in right at 11, but the way it was handled wasn't great and I feel could've been better.
Hi Ronald,

I missed buying at msrp due to misunderstandings and personal connections
Hi Jonah, we’re sorry to hear about your experience during our event last weekend. We understand how disappointing it can be to miss out on purchasing at MSRP because of a misunderstanding.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue working to make our events and purchasing process as clear and fair as possible for everyone.
We hope to see you at one of our future events and that we can provide you with a much better experience next time. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
