Membership questions
Wulf PackWhat doesn’t the Wulf Pack apply to?
- Services: member discounts and benefits don’t apply to card grading services or event tickets. These stay at their standard listed price for all customers.
- Hotlist trade-ins: the 10% trade-in bonus applies to most items, but not to Hotlist items on our buylist. Hotlist prices are already set at our absolute maximum value, so they can’t be increased further.
RewardsWho can earn points?
Anyone with a Wulf Gaming account, and you don’t need to be a Wulf Pack Member. To start earning, your account needs a complete profile with your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
RewardsWhy am I not earning points?
The most common reason is an incomplete profile. Sign in, open your account, and make sure your name, email, phone number, and address are all filled in. Points start on purchases made once your profile is complete. If you think a purchase was missed, email support@wulfgaming.com.
RewardsHow do I earn points?
- Shop: 1 point for every $1 you spend on products (tax and shipping don’t count).
- Create an account: 300 bonus points, one time.
- Your birthday: 350 points every year. Add your birthday to your account to get them.
RewardsCan I earn points in store?
Yes. Give the associate the phone number or email on your account at checkout so the purchase is added to your account.
RewardsHow do I redeem my points?
- Online: pick a reward on the Rewards page or right in your cart, then apply the code at checkout.
- In store: ask an associate to redeem your points at the register.
RewardsWhat can I get with my points?
- 350 points: $5 off
- 800 points: $15 off
- 1,500 points: $30 off
- 2,200 points: $50 off
- 3,000 points: $75 off
Each reward needs an order of at least the reward amount, so $15 off needs a $15 order. Bigger rewards are worth more per point, so saving up pays off.
RewardsDo my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they’re earned, so cash them in before then.
RewardsWhy are some of my points pending?
Points from a purchase show as pending until the order is confirmed, then switch to approved and are ready to use. If an order is canceled or refunded, its points are removed.
