Drop Events

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Launch Events and Drop Events?
Launch Events are for new, high-demand releases and are open to everyone, with priority going to Wulf Pack members and regular organized play players. Drop Events are surprise, members-only drops on products we already carry, at a reduced price.
Do I need to be a Wulf Pack member?
For Launch Events, no. They're open to everyone, though Wulf Pack members almost always rank ahead of non-members. Drop Events are for Wulf Pack members only.
How is my spot on the Launch Event list decided?
Two things: your Wulf Pack membership and how often you attend weekly organized play at that location. The more events you attend, the higher you climb. Regular players can earn a top spot even without a membership.
Does attendance at one location count for another?
No. Each location keeps its own Launch Allocation list, and your spot on each one is based on the events you attend at that store. If you play at more than one location, you can be eligible for allocations from each store.
How will I know if I get an offer or a drop goes live?
We'll send you a text and an email. Make sure your account has your current phone number and email, and that you're opted in to texts and emails from us.
When do Drop Events happen?
Drops happen at randomly selected dates and times, with no set schedule. Staying opted in to texts is the best way to catch them.
What happens if I pass on or miss a Launch Event offer?
The offer moves to the next person on the list. Once an offer has been passed or has expired, it can't be reversed.
Am I guaranteed an offer for every release?
No. Quantities are limited and depend on how much product we receive. The higher you rank, the better your chances.
Do Wulf Pack discounts and store credit apply to Launch Events?
Yes. Wulf Pack members get their 5% discount on Launch Event pricing, and you can use store credit toward your purchase.
Can someone else pick up my Launch Event allocation?
No. The account owner has to pick up in person with a photo ID that matches the name on the account.
Why are seals opened at checkout?
Opening sealed Launch Event product at the register keeps it from being resold, so it ends up with players and collectors instead of resellers.
Can I return a Launch Event purchase?
No. Launch Event pricing is final sale.
