Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Pricing

  • Immediate Billing: Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed.

  • Price Guarantee: Prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer price matches, refunds, or adjustments if the price changes after your order is placed.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Before Release Date: Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • On or After Release Date: We cannot accept any cancellations once the item has been released.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact support at least 48 hours before the estimated release date. We are not responsible for items shipped to the original address if we were not notified in time.

Shipping & Combined Orders

  • Split Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship only when all items are available. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

  • Release Delays: All release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for manufacturer or shipping delays.

Quantity Limits & Fulfillments

  • Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities on pre-order items. Any attempts to bypass these limits (such as placing multiple separate orders) will result in a 10% cancellation fee applied to the excess quantities we cancel.

  • Manufacturer Shortages: In the rare event that a manufacturer reduces our inventory allocation, pre-orders will be filled in chronological order. Any orders we are unable to fulfill due to manufacturer shortages will be cancelled and refunded in full.

PayPal Refunds

  • Due to the extended time between your purchase and the release date, some PayPal refunds can no longer be processed back to your original payment method. If this occurs, your refund will be issued as store credit.

Billing & Refund Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once charged.

  • Immediate Benefits: Because membership benefits (such as discounts, early access, or exclusive offers) are delivered immediately upon activation, we do not offer returns or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds for subscriptions will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error.

  • Billing errors made on our end.

Any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
