Will you dare to search for the golden city? Assemble your expedition and lead it through the jungles of South America in this deck-building board game*. You need to have a good plan, expert explorers, and the right equipment. Will you choose the scout, the photographer, or the prop plane? It is up to you to find the best route through the wilderness with your team and to win the race to El Dorado! Every route is a new challenge. Every game needs a new strategy!
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unwanted Items:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.
Important Notes:
- Must include the original manufacturer packaging. Returns without it will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
- We are not responsible for water damage; contact UPS or USPS directly.
- To ensure integrity of our inventory. No returns are accepted on sealed trading card products (e.g. Pokémon, Magic, Yu-gi-oh, etc.)

In The Quest for El Dorado, players take the roles of expedition leaders who have embarked on a search for the legendary land of gold in the dense jungles of South America. Each player assembles and equips their own team, hiring various helpers from the scout to the scientist to the aborigine. All of them have one goal in mind: Reaching the golden border first and winning all of the riches for themselves. Whoever chooses the best tactics will be rewarded! Each player starts with a face-down deck of 8 cards— his or her expedition —to draw from. You start each turn with 4 cards in your hand. Use expedition cards to move through the jungle or hire more people for your expedition. Each card in your hand can only be used once per turn - to move or to buy 1 new card. When a player reaches one of the 3 finishing spaces, he moves to El Dorado and this triggers the final round. The other players will now play their final turn. Once the round is completed, the game is over. If the final round ends up with multiple players reaching El Dorado, the player who has collected the most blockades wins the game.
