Pricing

Your company dropped the prices for the items that I pre-ordered and would not honor the newly discounted prices. Many of your competitors like gamers guild and miniature market will honor thier own price drop. It would seem safer to do future business with them.

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. Preorder prices can fluctuate due to factors like supplier costs, availability, and market demand, and we base our prices on the cost we pay for the items. While we don’t typically adjust prices after an order is placed, we appreciate your input and will consider it moving forward. We hope to provide a better experience in the future.
