Star Wars - Cards

I’ve ordered from this shop before and appreciated the experience, but this recent transaction left me disappointed. I simply asked to adjust the price of two pre-order items to match the current market (~$30 each), and add a booster box by paying the $20 difference plus tax. Instead, I was told I’d need to cancel and re-order—with a 15% restocking fee on the original pre-order.

I completed the order, but the lack of flexibility over a straightforward request felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Eric,

We're truly sorry your recent experience left you disappointed, especially after your past positive orders. We understand your frustration that things didn't happen as you expected, particularly regarding your pre-order adjustment.

As mentioned in our earlier communication, we do not adjust the pricing of pre-orders based on current market fluctuations. The price you pay at checkout for a pre-order is final; we neither process refunds if prices decrease nor collect additional payments if prices increase.

Regarding the cancellation, our store policy states that a 15% cancellation fee will apply should you choose to cancel your order before its release date.

We truly regret that this process wasn't what you hoped for, and we appreciate your understanding of our pre-order policies.

Sincerely,
Wulf Gaming Support Team
