About the game
Loco Momo is a board game from Wonderful World Board Games.
Players are invited to the forests of Loco Momo to see who is the best photographer! Create the most charming group photo by choosing from a variety of adorable animals and deciding who should stand where.
In this game featuring drafting, tile placement, and set collection elements, players choose an animal tile, and based on its unique movement, potentially obtain more animals of the same background color. These tiles are then arranged on their player boards, which score points based on specific placements and set collection. Like any good drafting game, take which benefits you most, but maybe keep an eye on what others may need!
FEATURES
★ REFRESHING NEW MECHANIC: Unique tile-drawing mechanic reinvents the formula alongside drafting, tile placement, and set collection elements.
★ LIGHT AND ENGAGING THEME: As photographers, players are invited to the forests of Loco Momo to see who can capture the best shot!
★ FRIENDLY SCORING SYSTEM: Scores points based on specific arrangements (e.g., number of identical/different animals in a row, matching animals vertically, linking background colors, etc.) which takes away the bite of “hate/spite” drafting.
★ PLAY IN ADVANCE MODE: Two advanced modules create extra depth and replayability that makes the game as difficult as you want it.
★ POPULAR WITH GAMERS: Over 20,000+ copies sold in Europe alone; 3rd place in the 2022 Swiss Game Award for Kids; and a Dice Tower Seal of Excellence.
