It took months to get a clear answer as to why my order didn't ship on time and when I finally got that answer... it was past the return/refund window so that I could not get a refund properly. Instead I got store credit, which I am so upset about this entire experience that I will never use it. I ordered a game and some expansions for it that was supposed to arrive in November I did not get it until March after pulling teeth with customer service. After months of finally clearing up the issue it took an additional six weeks from the time that they told me they were shipping my order until it actually shipped. Because of all of this I missed out on the opportunity to purchase the expansion elsewhere, because of the poor communication, and now it is unavailable everywhere. If they were open and honest from the beginning I would have been able to go and purchase the single missing item myself and have them ship the remaining items sooner. Instead they were so unbelievably vague and left out important information that would have helped guide my decision. I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this company. Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn't try to go the extra mile to make things right
