Hasn’t even shipped by Christmas morning

I placed this order on December 1st and it has not even shipped yet. I was wrapping gifts last night and felt like was short for my big kid. This was their bigger gift, luckily they are 20 and old enough to be understanding. Your website says that December 16th is your Christmas order deadline, I placed 2+ weeks before the deadline. Giving 2 starts vs 1 because the prices and discounts are more reasonable than other retails.
