No Returns on Trading Cards
All sales of trading cards are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed or single card products. -
Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted. -
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. -
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in original packaging and sealed (if applicable). Opened, used, or damaged products will not qualify for a refund. -
Shipping Damage or Water Damage
We are not responsible for water-damaged items or damages incurred in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. -
Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect address entry or being refused by the recipient will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. -
Collector Condition Notice
Box, paint, and packaging condition may vary. While we aim to pack carefully, minor imperfections such as scratches, dents, or wear may occur. We do not accept returns for these types of cosmetic issues. -
Missing Components (Board Games, Miniatures, Card Games)
If an item is missing components, you must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts, as they are best equipped to assist with such issues.
Returns & Refunds Policy - Monthly Subscription (The Wulf Pack)
All membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once charged.
Because membership benefits (such as discounts, early access, or exclusive offers) are delivered immediately upon activation, we do not offer returns or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time. Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again unless you choose to re-subscribe.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered only in the case of:

Duplicate charges caused by a system error

Billing errors on our end
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Area
We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. -
Free Shipping Threshold
Most orders of $150.00 or more (before tax and after discounts) ship for free to the contiguous U.S. Orders below this amount are subject to variable rate shipping based on weight and destination. -
Processing & Transit Times

Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days, though this may extend during holidays, releases, or peak seasonal volume.

Transit time: Generally 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to weather or carrier issues are out of our control.
