Swiss: Swiss is a round-based, non-eliminating tournament format that can quickly handle a large number of players in only a few rounds, all while avoiding rematches. In each round, players are paired with another player of similar skill or points gained from winning matches/games in previous rounds.
Best of One: If you win one game, you win the match.

We will be utilizing melee.gg for all Star Wars Unlimited Prerelease Events. Employees hosting our events will be trained on this software.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unwanted Items:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.
Important Notes:
- must include the original manufacturer packaging. Returns without it will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
