Worst Pre Order Experience

I pre-ordered Pokémon Journey Together on Jan 17th (an elite trainer box and a booster bundle). The description stated that my order would ship March 27th. Customer service kept telling me that they didn't have the product multiple times when I inquired about my order not being shipped after that date. Then April 14th comes and my elite trainer box was cancelled and refunded WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE prior. This was very displeasing and I only recieved the booster bundle!
This is the second time wulf gaming has took longer than stated for a shipment (last time an obsidian flames etb took over 2 months to ship). Why would they charge me at pre sale for something they did not have allocation for being the elite trainer box? Why was my elite trainer box cancelled without my consent or knowledge when I've seen hundreds of other sites and stores with them available? This was the last time I'll be purchasing from wulf gaming as they have very poor business operations and worse customer service.
