Damaged Items:

If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Unwanted Items:

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.

Not happy at all I should have received the box in September not the end of November. Also tried to cancel before it shipped but was told no because it already shipped because you didn’t respond to my email.

Seems to be greed involved with this shop, wont be shopping here again

Ships items to the wrong spot twice, first time sure it was a mistake. So I email their team letting them know they beed to switch my address but then a month later for an order placed months ago, ut gets shipped to the wrong address. A long with cancelling orders after you pre order so they can sell their one piece cards for a higher price.
