Late. Unhelpful. Possibly Resealed.

Pre-order "Ships by" date was missed. The customer service rep blatantly ignored my requests several times until they finally just stopped responding altogether. And lastly, I believe my product was opened, stripped of the valuable cards, and resealed. In all my years of opening boosters, I've never had an entire booster box open in such a suspicious manner. Each pack pealed in a very suspicious manner. Not to mention out of 36 packs only 1 card of value was included. Will never be ordering from this company again and will be making sure I share my experience with everyone in my tcg communities.
