1. Estimates vs. Final Offers
All prices listed on our digital buylist or website are non-binding estimates and do not constitute a final offer to purchase. To complete a sale:

Staff Approval: Every offer must be physically or digitally inspected and manually approved by a Wulf Gaming staff member.

Right of Refusal: Wulf Gaming reserves the right to decline any purchase or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
2. Data & Synchronization Errors
Our system pulls pricing data from various market sources. Please be aware that:

Technical Glitches: Data pulling errors may occasionally occur, leading to inflated or deflated pricing that does not reflect true market value.

Price Corrections: Wulf Gaming will not honor prices influenced by technical malfunctions or "data spikes." If an error is detected, we will notify you of the corrected price before proceeding.
3. Condition-Based Adjustments
Listed prices assume cards are in Near Mint (NM) condition.

If a card arrives in Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), or Damaged condition, our staff will issue a revised offer based on our current condition markdown percentages.

You are under no obligation to accept a revised offer; however, return shipping for rejected offers may be at the seller's expense.
4. Market Volatility
The TCG market is highly volatile. While we strive to keep our buylist current, prices may be adjusted at the time of processing to reflect sudden shifts in the secondary market.
