If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Unwanted Items:

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.

Product arrived in good shape.

I made a preorder from Wulf in March of 2024 for this product and I did become a little worried that they might not be able to fulfill the order since it was so long ago. After the release of the product I will say they packaged and shipped it in good time. The packing was done well and the boxes all arrived in good shape. After this experience I would buy from them again. I wasn't sure what I should do to contact the store since I had ordered so long ago but all my fears were calmed when I saw the shipment notification.
