If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Unwanted Items:

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.

Items arrived very late (which seems on purpose)

I ordered One Piece ST21 on preorder along with the new tins. It seems like they waited for the tins to come out before shipping all the items and that made it so ST21 arrived a month after release. With only a month left before EB02, that gave a very short window to use the cards before chaning meta… Not so happy about it. On the plus side, I only ordered 2 tins and they sent one of each (instead of two of the same one).
