Scalping

$200 for a booster box of 24 packs? Their first round of pre-orders were priced at $129.99 while the MSRP for a Booster Box is $120. So you then cancel the first round of pre-orders from loyal customers, and then start selling $200 Boxes because of greed! This specific game launch just shows you that the game stores are the scalpers now, we need to find a way to cut out the unnecessary middle man.

Hi John,

We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

We want to clarify that our initial round of pre-orders was indeed listed at $129.99 based on the expected allocation and market conditions at the time. Unfortunately, after accepting those pre-orders, we were informed that our actual allocation came back at the lowest we’ve ever seen — with a fill rate of less than 0.01%. At that point, we had no choice but to cancel the affected orders, and due to how our system processes cancellations, we were unable to reverse them once they were posted.

As for the updated price and very small and unexpected stock we recieved, we do our best to match or undercut the broader market whenever possible, but in cases like this — where availability is extremely limited and demand remains incredibly high — pricing has to reflect current market realities.

These conditions are not set by retailers, but are largely the result of extremely high demand paired with very limited print runs — decisions made at the manufacturing and distribution level that have left both businesses and customers frustrated.

We truly value our community and loyal customers, and we're always striving to be as fair and transparent as possible. If you’d like to talk more about your order specifically or share additional feedback, feel free to reach out to us directly at support@wulfgaming.com — we’re happy to help.

My order got cancelled one week before actual release date. Pre-ordered back in February and got a email a week before release date because they were out of stock. no refund yet, missed out on other preorders from elsewhere, and no booster boxes. thanks a lot.
