Each die is hand-carved from glass and polished in a proper tumbler. Designs are then engraved into each side and hand painted. Glass dice are never guaranteed to have a perfectly balanced weight; however, each of our dice sets are always well weighted and well balanced.

If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unwanted Items:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If it’s no longer valid, we can offer store credit — please let us know in advance.
